We work alongside people facing social, economic, and personal challenges, providing practical support, pathways to opportunity, and culturally responsive programmes that empower lasting positive change.

Through music mentoring with some of Aotearoa’s finest artists, live events, creative development opportunities, and our online radio platform, we inspire rangatahi and emerging talent to build confidence, discover their voice, and explore meaningful career pathways within the creative industries and beyond.
