The winners have been revealed for the 2022 Pacific Music Awards, presented last night at Tāmaki Makaurau’s Vodafone Event Centre in Manukau.
Acknowledging the success of Pacific artists and celebrating and promoting excellence in Pacific music. The Pacific Music Awards aims to encourage young Pacific musicians to aspire to a higher level of achievement. The big winners at this year’s awards included Onehunga hip hop icons SWIDT. Followed closely by The Panthers original soundtrack creators Diggy Dupé, choicevaughan and P. Smith (aka Troy Kingi), and hitmaker Kings.
